Who is departing from General Hospital? There will be several cast changes on the ABC soap in the near future due to escalating mob rivalry, family strife, and other drama. One leaving GH is? Cameron Webber’s actor William Lipton left most recently. A heartfelt memorial service for Epiphany Johnson was also held.

Who’s Leaving General Hospital? Cameron Webber Exits – William Lipton Out

William Lipton’s final scenes as Cameron Webber on GH aired in late March 2023. Before his character left to enrol at Stanford University in California, everyone gathered to bid him farewell. It is a complete cross-country distance from Port Charles, New York.

But, William Lipton, an actor, has already announced that he will return this summer. So why did he quit playing Cam Webber? His demanding academic schedule is the cause. At the University of Southern California in LA, Lipton is a sophomore in the 2025 graduating class.

We anticipate Lipton to return in the fall when his academic timetable resumes and he has summer storylines, so he won’t be gone for too long.

GH Says Goodbye to Epiphany Johnson & Actress Sonya Eddy in Touching Tribute

The epiphany Johnson tribute episode, in which they pay respect to both the real Epiphany Johnson and the actress Sonya Eddy who played her, may make you want to grab some tissues if you haven’t watched it already. Eddy lost away unexpectedly and from an infection late last year after having elective surgery.

Despite the fact that viewers of General Hospital have known for some time that the soap opera will have to deal with her demise, months have passed since then. But, they had a heartfelt memorial service at the hospital and revealed that Epiphany passed away after stopping to assist a driver.

As the driver Eddy saved, Eddy’s real-life best friend Yvette Nicole Brown appeared and took part in the heartfelt homage and eulogies to the late Sonya Eddy.

Britt Westbourne Dead from Hook Attack

Fans of GH have been aware that Britt Westbourne’s exit is imminent for several months now. This is as a result of the GH spoilers regarding Kelly Thiebaud’s departure to join Station 19 in primetime.

Even though Britt already had Huntington’s disease, she would still be alive when the actress had to depart. Then Britt Westbourne organised a big birthday/farewell party, and it appeared as though she would leave Port Charles.

The Hook Killer then struck General Hospital once more. Josslyn Jacks was attacked by Heather Webber (Alley Mills), who was dressed as Hook (Eden McCoy). Britt intervened to save the teenager’s life. Yet Britt will die as a result of it.

GH Comings & Goings – Is Liz Webber Exiting?

The Elizabeth Webber plotline is currently one of the most unsettling. Several fans are concerned that Liz would leave GH as she goes off the rails and appears less and less.

Herbst has experienced crises before; the most recent occurred when ABC was being harsh with her contract renewal a few years ago. Elizabeth is leaving General Hospital, then.

The most common response appears to be “no.” In truth, Liz’s persistent mental health crisis may involve a recognisable face making a comeback. a near relative of the Webber family. That’s exciting news, then.

Additionally, Becky Herbst herself stopped the exit chatter (see the tweet above). So, if you hear rumours that Liz is leaving GH, don’t get alarmed. It’s not taking place

Are Chad Duell & Johnny Wactor Gone from GH?

The actors who portray Brando Corbin and Michael Corinthos have both left the serial opera, which is cause for alarm. Michael comes first. When Chad Duell contracted COVID-19, he had to take a break from the soap opera.

Here’s the deal if you watched Robert Adamson in the part and out and were perplexed. In some cases, General Hospital doesn’t air in the exact order in which it films. It explains the in and out, but after a few weeks, Adamson returns to playing Michael.

Now that Chad has returned, the recording has restarted (see pic above). No information has been released regarding Johnny Wactor’s reason for taking a little break. But he is currently working on four movies. Might Wactor be moving on then? Exist any recent GH arrivals and departures?

Brad Schmidt, a former cast member of Yellowstone who has a startling likeness to Johnny, fills in for the time being. Wactor is anticipated to return, but his schedule now includes a TV movie, two features, and a short film.

Who’s Exiting General Hospital?

Patrick Gibbons’ appearances and departures as the helpful scout Wyatt have also occurred recently. And Joshua Benard, the son of Maurice Benard, reappeared as Josslyn Jacks’s college bully (Eden McCoy).

As Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is still present, General Hospital viewers worry about her. Esme Prince’s (Avery Pohl) scheme would eventually backfire in her face.

Esme, though, won’t be leaving either. A three-year contract was struck by the gifted young actor to portray Ryan Chamberlain’s (Jon Lindstrom) horrible daughter.
