Nikolas Cassadine’s rationalization for locking up Esme Prince on General Hospital is not that he wants to keep her pregnancy – and his role in it; as in, 50% – a secret, but that he’s protecting the good people of Port Charles from the serial killing Hook, who was obviously Esme.

Except, Uhm, the killings have continued even when Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) was indisposed, which means she’s not the culprit. Should Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) let Esme go now?

11% of General Hospital fans think Nikolas’s proposal is crazy. Not simply because a baby appearing out of nowhere is another than Esme going missing, which is one thing. But because he has vowed to do so for the rest of her life while imprisoning a pregnant woman and keeping her away from medical attention! This is absurd. Nik, stop it! Now!
General Hospital: Esme Prince is a Dangerous Dame
Esme is still dangerous even though she isn’t a serial killer, according to 16% of people. She is responsible for the sex video that featured Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Cameron Webber (William Lipton). She also made Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) look guilty. Esme deserves to be imprisoned. Whether it’s done by the law or a vigilante like Nik, who cares?

73% in favor of splitting the difference would want to. Esme should be released, but Nik should also give the Port Charles Police Department custody of her. All they want to do is accuse her of anything. And we’re confident they’ll believe Nik when he says it.
Who, after all, is more reliable than a man who put a lady in prison for several months and now wants her detained? He simply continues to his home. Right, no harm, no foul? The Cassadine is Nik.
