News, updates, and spoilers for General Hospital Tease Rebecca Budig, who portrayed Hayden Barnes on the drama, about her desire to return to the show three years after her departure.
She expressed her gratitude to her supporters for wanting her to return. Hayden is happy that some people are still chatting about her even though it has been years since she left the programme.
Rebecca Budig’s Career
Hayden Barnes, a character on Budig, made his debut in 2015 but was fired from the programme in 2017. The actress declared that year that the producers had ended her contract.
But in 2019, her persona returned to give Hamilton Finn his daughter Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) (Michael Easton). She earlier claimed that she miscarried prior to Nikolas Cassadine forcing her into hiding after she lost the child (Tyler Christopher).
Before joining General Hospital, Budig was a seasoned actor. Since 1995, when she debuted as Michelle Bauer on Guiding Light, she has worked in the entertainment industry. In 1999, she also joined the cast of All My Children, where she received two daytime television Emmy nods.
She appeared as a guest star on several well-known TV programmes throughout the years, including Castle, Blue Bloods, and How I Met Your Mother.
Is It Possible for Hayden to Come Back?
Returning to General Hospital, Hayden Barnes is still likely to be written into the drama because the characters who play Hamilton and Violet, who play her part, still reside in Port Charles.
Although there are speculations that she would be returning to General Hospital, nothing is confirmed at this time. Budig said that she had not heard any news about the programme. She also stated that she’s open to returning, despite the fact that she had already been written off the programme.
She didn’t hold it against the authors when her character was deleted because, as was previously said, her first exit was not particularly dramatic. In 2019, she also returned in style. We thus think there is no drama involved and that she is genuinely willing to return.
Recently, General Hospital celebrated its 60th year, making it one of the longest-running drama shows on television, not just in the US but all across the world. Five Daytime Emmy Awards were given to the series last year.
