In a recent interview with People, Chavez claims that assuming the position wasn’t at all simple. He explained, “I’m a recast, so some of the fans didn’t like me at first. My role was formerly performed by an actor named Nicolas Bechtel.
You understand how green I was at first. I believe that was evident to others. Therefore, internet comments such as “I like the older actor who played Spencer” would be common. I’ve seen him in action, and he’s a fantastic performer. extremely charismatic
“Some of the remarks were kind of getting to me,” Chavez said. “Dude, just give it some time, give it some time to let people get used to you,’ you know, ‘Don’t think too hard about it,'” my co-stars advised me.

The young actor also spoke candidly about winning the Daytime Emmy earlier this year for Outstanding Younger Performer in a Drama Series.
