Before the sun had even come up on October 31, Chad Duell dropped a series of photos to Instagram that revealed how he’d spent Halloween weekend — and with whom.
The Emmy winner is seen in the first picture giving Game of Thrones his own unique spin while sitting in front of a startling background. Later pictures seem to show him lingering about Halloween Horror Nights at Universal. And in the middle, alongside the stunning Brazilian model and flight attendant Luana Lucci, he strikes his best Tom Cruise in Top Gun attitude.
There is no indication that the two are dating, but they are quite adorable together. When Duell appeared on TV dad Maurice Benard’s State of Mind vlog in September, he said that there are two ways you can handle ending a long-term relationship, as he did in late 2021. You can rush something to attempt to feel “better” about yourself or try to fill the emptiness, but all you’re really doing is returning to your familiar identity as someone who belongs in a relationship.
People frequently do it, he continued. The earlier they go back into anything, the better because “they’re heartbroken or they feel pain.” However, it may not always be superior. It deprives the person of the chance to recover and regroup.
The Young & Restless actress Courtney Hope (Sally) was the subject of the General Hospital actor’s split, and he didn’t cover up his sentiments. He explained to Benard that he was now “understanding who I am as a man… I have this opportunity right now to become the best guy I can be, but it’s challenging due of your pre-wired habits.
The Bold & Beautiful star only recently expressed her thoughts on Duell and Hope’s spectacular steampunk-inspired nuptials, just one week before what would have been their first wedding anniversary. Hope declared, “The story of how I’ve spent the last year, scraping myself off of the floor repeatedly and then heading out into the world trying to seem ‘OK,’ will be held safely in the hearts of those closest to me who had to witness it and experience it with me.
“But,” she continued, “I have finally come to terms with the fact that a lot of energy went into creating this day… Though I’m still picking up pieces, where I’m at greatly surpasses anywhere I’ve ever been before. This is my story. This is my one-year celebration, and though it may not be like the rest or what I imagined, I’m at peace with it, and I’m thankful for where I’m headed next.”
