General Hospital’s Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) is currently in grave danger. And it has GH fans wondering if this is the end of the line for the legacy character on the ABC sudser.

Because of the super-villain Victor Cassadine, GH vet Holly Sutton is in a terrible situation (Charles Shaughnessy). Fans may remember Vic taking Ethan Lovett (Nathan Parsons), Holly’s son, prisoner.

If she disobeys Vic’s demands, Ethan will pay the price with his life. Holly is aware that Victor is serious. According to General Hospital recaps, he already murdered her sister Paloma Perez (also Emma Samms) in front of her.

She is therefore forced to comply with Victor’s wishes. And right now, he desires the diamond necklace worn by the Ice Princess. Whatever it takes, she will do to save Ethan. She took the necklace and fled to an isolated cabin after that.

She is wearing the necklace right now and is determined to give it to Vic. But General Hospital suffered a setback.

Jordan Ashford, the top cop, and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) arrived with them.

They made an effort to persuade her to give up and leave in peace. She, however, started the fire and caught fire alongside the cabin.

Massive Explosion Rocks GH

Last we saw Holly, she was on fire while Robert and his fellow PCPD officers looked on in horror. She came flying out of the cabin engulfed in flames, and things are not looking good for her on General Hospital.

She may have a plan in place, but it could go awry. It doesn’t look like she’ll make it out alive. So, she may die for real this time just when her friends and family get her back. If so, it doesn’t look good for Ethan.

Is Holly Sutton Leaving General Hospital in a Body Bag?

Fans of General Hospital were promised a surprise twist by actress Holly Sutton. She might die as a result of that twist. It does not appear likely that the writers would kill off the fan favorite after bringing her back.

In addition, the diamonds will perish along with her. Vic’s plans would thus be foiled by that. But if Holly is lost, he will have no use for Ethan any longer. As a result, General Hospital spoilers indicate that he might fire him.

Maybe Vic will agree to let her son go if she pretends to die. She might also try to save him on her own. It’s possible that she will offer Vic the necklace in exchange for Ethan.
