The General Hospital actor recently talked about his co-stars and how much he enjoys spending every day with them. He is best known for his parts as Ryan and Kevin Chamberlain on the popular ABC soap opera. What he says is as follows.
Here’s Why General Hospital Star Jon Lindstrom Can’t Get Enough Of His Co-Stars
In a recent conversation with Soap Opera Digest, Jon expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to get to know Alley Mills because their characters Ryan and Heather spent a lot of time together on the screen. He tells the magazine that Alley was a dream to work with because, like him, she is very traditional. For an old guy like me, I appreciate that she wants to practice and discover the beats and the truth in the situations for herself and for the partnership, as Jon phrased it. She simply starts the job off with a decent, high standard. I work with excellent individuals, so it’s not like I had a team of slackers, but having Alley join as a new face just made things more interesting. I have had a wonderful time working with her.
Plus, Jon was all smiles when talking about Maura West, who portrays Ava Jerome in Port Charles. The executive producer, Frank Valentini, informed me he was bringing Ryan back, and I recall that she texted me a couple of days later and said, “Hey, guess what? I’m allegedly back to working with you! I then came to the realization that she is the redhead that Ryan will this time around be crazy about. Nobody had ever mentioned any of that to me, but I immediately reasoned, “Okay, of course Ryan will focus on another blonde, and it’s going to be Maura!” This should be a lot of fun! Then it was.
