Kevin’s extremely mixed emotions regarding the passing of his sibling on General Hospital are to be anticipated. If Ryan is truly deceased, that is—but that is a different story. They were split apart when they were young. Kevin’s father took him because he was aware that his wife had been assaulting Ryan sexually and didn’t want that to happen to Kevin.
