Who will get to nurture little Ace in Port Charles?
Esme Prince no longer has to worry about her crazy parents holding her captive, according to GH rumours, and she only has two more worries: Avoiding jail time…and looking after her infant.

But if Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) fails at the first, the second one gets a lot trickier. We have some theories as to what might happen to helpless little Ace (does she even recall calling him that?).

Many Port Charles vixens in the past have been transformed by motherhood. Along with her amnesia and recent suffering, Esme should be able to avoid prison time and retain Ace if she demonstrates that she is a dedicated mother. Although we don’t like the notion of such a promising young character being bound to a child, we believe he can move “upstairs” with Leo, Danny, Scout, and Maxie’s children.

To keep the child away from Nikolas, Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) wished to file a lawsuit for possession of the child (Adam Huss). Spencer may start to lose interest now that Nik appears to be out of the picture. Esme now has a new relative, though, so perhaps Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) will want to step in and take care of Ace. to make up for his failure to take sufficient measures to stop Ryan from going too far.

Everyone is aware of Heather’s (Alley Mills’) obsession with her children. In an effort to get her eldest boy back, she made an attempt to murder the adoptive mother. She eventually abandoned Esme and Franco (Roger Howarth). Heather has never been charged of being fair-minded. Or rational. or obedient to the rules.
She may feel entitled to Esme’s kid, particularly if Esme keeps rejecting her, in our opinion. Which will both address Esme’s issue with having a child and her need to endure more as a means of atonement. A win-win situation!
