GH Spoilers: Scott Asks Elizabeth: What Would Franco Say?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) will have a challenging talk when she sits down with him and confesses what she’s supposedly been up to. Scott was pleased to see Elizabeth find love and marriage with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) following the passing of Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth). Finn is a decent guy who Scott is certain would look out for Elizabeth and her boys, therefore Scott felt they deserved to move on. He may not feel the same way, though, about Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma).

General Hospital Spoilers — Elizabeth Webber Tells All, Sort Of

Whether she tells Scott the news or not, Elizabeth is certain that he will do so soon. Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and he are good friends, and he is also her lawyer. Ava won’t hold back in informing Scott about Elizabeth’s pregnancy news or the purported miscarriage she reported to Ava when she runs to him to draft her most recent set of divorce papers as a reply to the set Nikolas presented her with. Therefore, Liz might want to get a head start on telling Scott before her biggest enemy does.

GH Spoilers – Tease Nikolas Cassadine Is Enemy Number One

Despite how Elizabeth now feels about Ava, and vice versa, Scott views Nikolas as the problem in both equations. He didn’t approve of Ava settling down with him, and he sure doesn’t approve of Elizabeth cozying up to him now. Scott has never been a fan of the Cassadine men — several have left a bad taste in his mouth over the years, particularly when he was in love with Laura Collins (Genie Francis). As Scott sees Nik as a threat to Liz and her boys, he may remind her that Cassadine men have a flair for looking out for themselves, and to be mindful and watch her back.

Although Scott isn’t a fan of Nikolas’, he’s still going to suggest that Franco wouldn’t want anything less for Elizabeth and her sons than happiness. If Nikolas makes her happy, that’s where she should be, the way Scott sees it. That being said, Elizabeth knows the truth. She’s not really coupled up in love with Nikolas but complicit in crime instead.

Although Franco would only want her to be happy, she’s feigning happiness all around. She hasn’t been happy in months — since well before discovering the truth about her family’s past ties to Finn and his late wife. She knows Franco would tell her to be honest, and she’s going to feel pretty disappointed in herself for the woman she’s become since he died.
