GH Spoilers: Nikolas Asks Alexis, Witness Protection For Spilling Victor Secrets?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will meet with his aunt Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Nikolas has reason to want to get away from Port Charles and disappear again, and even though Alexis isn’t practicing law, he wants some information about witness protection.

General Hospital Spoilers – He’s Got Some Deep Dirt On Victor Cassadine

Even though his mother Laura Collins (Genie Francis) might be able to get Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) into witness protection, Nikolas wants information first. Even more recently, she made a suggestion by asking him whether he would accept a clean slate after he had threatened that if Victor was taken down, he would follow suit. Nikolas was working for and with Victor during the approximately five years that he was thought to be dead; for example, he intercepted Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck).

This is when Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) were enticed to a Canadian medical facility to develop an antidote for Cassandra. Previously, during a scuffle for a syringe, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) had shot her with her own medications and placed her into a coma.

GH Spoilers – Witness Protection Might Work

Having helped Victor with criminal schemes isn’t the only trouble Nikolas is trying to get away from – there’s the issue with Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) as well. She likely perished in her polar parapet plunge but Nikolas could be charged if she turns up and tells her kidnapping tale. With witness protection, Nikolas would get a new identity and a new life, far away from Port Charles; possibly even a new face. Victor would be taken down and Nikolas would be safe – although he would not want Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) out of the loop totally this time. If he hadn’t let Spencer think he was dead and kept in touch with him they wouldn’t be going through a lot of problems now and in the past couple years.

General Hospital Spoilers – The WSB And PCPD Must Be In The Loop

If Nikolas is to testify about the crimes Victor has committed that he knows about, Alexis suggests that Laura, the WSB, and the PCPD must be informed. They must check what Nikolas knows to make sure those are not protected in Victor’s immunity arrangement with the WSB for many of them. It is possible to go into witness protection, but there are several requirements and complications.

Nikolas agrees to initiate the procedure and schedule any necessary meetings. It’s his best current opportunity to avert potential issues.
