General Hospital (GH) teases in its spoilers Hamilton As he waits for Elizabeth to respond to a question that would either make or break their relationship, Finn (Michael Easton) can feel his heart in his throat. He believed that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) was avoiding answering him when he went to Wyndemere with inquiries concerning Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).
When he returned to General Hospital and told Elizabeth this, he could see that she was alarmed to learn that Finn had visited Spoon Island. It all made sense to him when he discovered Elizabeth had a bottle of prenatal vitamins with her — the same kind of prenatal vitamins he observed at Nikolas’ apartment. Then, is Elizabeth expecting a child?
General Hospital Spoilers — Elizabeth Webber Says No
Finn will be shocked and relieved to learn from Elizabeth that she is not pregnant. Must he be? He would know without a doubt if she were expecting because they haven’t been together in a long that the child is not his. But knowing she’s not expecting will simply raise additional queries.

Elizabeth, are you lying? Should he accept her story? Is there any reason he shouldn’t? Although Elizabeth doesn’t always tell Finn the complete truth, he is aware that she has never lied to him about anything too important. Ironically, that is all Elizabeth truly wants to do, and he was almost ready to give up, but she just couldn’t do it and break his heart that way.
General Hospital Spoilers — Who is Expecting?
Who else could be pregnant if Elizabeth isn’t? She will likely be forced to tell Finn the truth; however, she could invent a falsehood, such as Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) being pregnant, but that wouldn’t work out well. As a result, Elizabeth will probably inform Finn that Esme is indeed on Spoon Island where he thought she was, while pleading with him not to tell anyone.
Will Finn be able to comprehend when she tells him the truth about her activities at Wyndemere? Even though Finn may not like Nikolas, he should support keeping their secret because turning Nikolas in would also put Elizabeth in danger. After all, when Finn believed he had killed Peter August, Elizabeth assisted him in covering it up (Wes Ramsey). He must owe her, right?
