GH Spoilers: Finn Finds His Way To The Bar — And A Sullen Ava’s Bed

Spoilers for General Hospital (GH) reveal Michael Easton’s character Hamilton Finn has been sober for a long time. He hasn’t faltered or fallen off the wagon yet, but he was on the verge of doing so the other night as he struggled to accept Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) admission that she was carrying Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) kid.

In order to protect Elizabeth’s three sons, who haven’t yet heard the unsettling news, Finn pledged to her that he wouldn’t tell anyone. Alexis made sure Finn understood he could open up to her. Finn will, however, run into another person at the wrong time who he believes deserves to know more than everyone else. Will he run for the exit when he sees Ava at the nearby bar or set up a stool next to her?

Finn won’t have his friends and family nearby to intervene the next time he feels weak and wants to numb the pain of his sadness with whatever he finds at the bottom of a bottle. He wasn’t thinking straight when he stopped by Charlie’s Bar the other night after Elizabeth dealt him her devastating blow, and he assumed he would be able to temporarily escape the suffering without deviating from the program. Finn knows how addictions function and is wiser than this. He chose to avoid alcohol since it would entice him to lose control in other areas and relapse into drug misuse, despite the fact that he had a significant problem with drug abuse. If no one is around to stop him, is that where Finn is going?

GH Spoilers – Tease Hamilton Finn Makes A Pitstop

On his way home, Finn will stop by the bar once more. Even if it might not be Charlie’s this time, he will recognize a familiar face there as though she were waiting for him. The bartender can tell it’s going to be a long night when Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) pulls up a stool. She might be closing up a conversation with Scott Baldwin, her friend and attorney (Kin Shriner), who will learn from her that Elizabeth is carrying Nikolas’ child. Finn may take Scott’s vacant seat while he avoids Ava’s imminent legal problems to check on his daughter-in-law.

General Hospital Spoilers — But Ava Jerome Cassadine Is Around

The issue might not be that nobody is around to stop Finn, but rather that someone is present who might tempt him to indulge a little. Ava is renowned for savoring a nice martini while relishing in her emotions. She enjoys self-medicating and is aware that she does not enjoy discovering effective coping strategies. On the other side, Finn doesn’t tend to be careless.

He is a cool, thoughtful person. He uses the gym as a safe outlet for his frustration when he gets irate. Finn is not acting in this way normally, but Ava doesn’t know him well enough to see it. She won’t know anything other than the fact that they were both similarly burned. Will Finn find it difficult to resist venting his frustrations to Ava? It seems to be!
