According to General Hospital (GH) spoilers, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) was being held captive at Wyndemere by Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), who had also gotten her pregnant. Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst), who plays Elizabeth, was not pleased to learn of this. Elizabeth was persuaded by Nikolas that Esme was the serial killer plaguing Port Charles, the Hook. By allowing Nikolas to put the murderer behind bars, Elizabeth believed she was doing her part to keep a killer off the streets. Esme was extremely pregnant when Elizabeth consented to treat her.

Elizabeth believes that it is too late for her to let Esme go. Esme will certainly turn her in and Elizabeth could go to jail or even lose her nursing license. Elizabeth’s guilt may soon get the better of her so look for her to go behind Nikolas’ back and help Esme escape his clutches. Elizabeth will leave her fate in Esme’s hands, even though it is almost certain that Esme will have no problem turning Elizabeth in.

Esme used to shout the names of everyone who had mistreated her at the top of her lungs to everyone who would listen. Esme will recall, however, that despite being imprisoned, Elizabeth made an effort to ensure the welfare of both Esme and her child. When she forgets to add that Elizabeth had been assisting Nikolas and was fully aware that Esme was being held against her will, expect her to surprise not just Elizabeth but also herself.
