General Hospital’s Josh Swickard Shares A Big Announcement

Josh Swickard and Lauren revealed the birth of a new child to their expanding family.

Harrison Chase, played by Josh Swickard, on General Hospital, has had a difficult time finding love. But in reality, everything has gone without a hitch because the Swickard family recently welcomed a new member. Swickard and his wife Lauren revealed they were expecting their second child back in October of 2022 with a #2under2 Instagram photo, and in December they made the gender announcement of their second child’s gender at the formal baby shower catered by SusieCakes Bakery with a cupcake gender reveal.

The happy pair gave birth to son Arthur on February 26, 2023. Swickard is extremely pleased. “ARTHUR, WELCOME TO THE FAMILY!” “@laurenswickard brought this little boy into the universe on February 26th (Lo I’m genuinely in awe of you),” the happy husband praised his wife. We appreciate everything you gave up to expand our family. Arthur, you already have so much affection! We hope that you will have courage and stamina, and that God will guide you throughout your life!

The joyful family immediately received supportive messages from the soap community after they shared a brand-new family photo on Instagram. GH’s former Nikolas, Marcus Coloma, quickly sent out a “Congrats” message. There were additional Port Charles locals who spoke up. Finola Hughes added, “Congratulations to you all!!” to Kirsten Storms’ (Maxie, GH) “Congrats folks!” lovely family

More actors from other daily shows expressed enthusiasm for the expanding family by giving them thumbs up. “Yay!” exclaimed Eileen Davidson (Ashley, Y&R) in response to the new family member. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️” DAYS’ former Abigail Deveraux, Kate Mansi, is eager to meet the young child. “Excited to meet my new friend.”

Savannah Kaye was born on April 21, 2021, and the pair have been married since December 29, 2019. In between episodes of General Hospital, Josh Swickard co-starred with Lauren in the 2020 movie Roped and the two holiday films A California Christmas and A California Christmas: City Lights that his multi-talented wife also penned.

Savannah posed with her parents, Arthur, and their brand-new baby sibling for the picture proclaiming his birth.
