Nina on General Hospital, played by Cynthia Watros, wanted to share a remarkable present she received with the audience, one that included messages that we should all pause and consider. The actress wanted to check in with her Instagram followers through a video, especially since the holidays can be “difficult.” And in all honesty, while they might be amazing for some people, they might not be as simple for others.
She spoke of a “wonderful present” that her friend Emily had sent her, which contained “these fantastic cards.” She let the “gratitude cards” look at the audience and said, “We would have some fun.” She said, “I don’t know what they are going to say,” as she opened the box.

However, she advised that you “search for the people who enlighten and rekindle the spark inside of you” since “you’re worth it” anytime your spark goes out.
She had one more piece of guidance that was related to the card of thanks. If someone constantly steps on your glitter while you’re with them, it’s time to reconsider your relationship and find someone who will allow you to “shine and sparkle” instead.
