Doctor Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) of General Hospital might not be able to stay with Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) after finding out the terrible truth about her past.
It might be too much for Finn to handle on GH to deal with Liz’s family connection to his late wife Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara). Is “Fiz” officially no longer airing on ABC Sudser?
General Hospital: Elizabeth Webber Learns Truth at Last
Elizabeth Webber just on GH discovered the cause of her problematic behavior. After 25 years, Liz finally met up with her parents, Jeff Webber (William Moses) and Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby).
And the reunion wasn’t quite pleasant. Liz is now aware of her father’s relationship with Reiko. And perhaps more significantly, according to General Hospital recaps, she unintentionally contributed to Reiko’s passing.
Elizabeth’s parents brainwashed her and sent her away to conceal the reality, which made issues worse. Now that she is aware of the truth, she may start to recover from the trauma. She might not be in General Hospital with Hamilton Finn anymore.
Hamilton Finn Rocked on GH
When Elizabeth told Finn about her role in Reiko’s demise, Finn was taken aback. He believed his marriage to Reiko was fulfilling. She had been having affairs with Jeff, Elizabeth’s father, it turned out.
So, with no resolution in sight due to Reiko’s passing, the GH doctor is left to reflect on his past. However, he at least managed to confront Jeff. The serial cheater then offered Finn the flimsy justification of Reiko being lonely.

The doctor does feel that Reiko betrayed General Hospital. Additionally, Finn might find it difficult to maintain his relationship with Elizabeth. She will undoubtedly serve as a continual reminder of Reiko’s treachery.
Liz therefore has the solutions she so urgently seeks. However, Elizabeth Webber’s friendship with Finn might suffer as a result. But perhaps that’s not a bad thing…
Fiz over on General Hospital?
Hamilton Finn and Liz have a heart-to-heart this week on General Hospital. She doubts he can continue to be with her now that he is aware of everything, and she may be correct.
He needs to take everything in because he is still in shock. He might break up with Elizabeth as a result. He might also simply need some space and time. Liz might initially feel depressed, but this might be exactly what she needs.

Fans of General Hospital do believe Hamilton is not a good match for Liz. He’s very demanding and in charge. Additionally, the Jeff/Reiko plot thread has just made things stranger.
Fans probably would be overjoyed if “Fiz” split. Liz could then concentrate on herself and her family. Additionally, she is now dealing with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma).
The good news from this tragedy may be that it will give Liz the new beginning she needs on General Hospital. And this might be the last we see of Dr. Hamilton Finn and Elizabeth Webber on the ABC soap opera.
