Fans of General Hospital star, Jon Lindstrom, might be thrilled to know that the actor, who portrays twins Dr. Kevin Collins and Ryan Chamberlain, has an exciting new gig, and it might not be what you’d expect.

Recently, Lindstrom took to Twitter to share the exciting announcement that he’s publishing a novel. “This is the news I woke to. The actor posted a screenshot of his future film along with the statement. Despite the novel being more than a year away from publication, many appeared pleased to hear the news. Many people congratulated him in the reply, and one Twitter user suggested that he read the book out himself. He responded, “I will be:)”

His coworker from General Hospital, Finola Hughes (Anna Devane), tweeted her congratulations and expressed her happiness for him. He thanked her with a heart and a high-five emoji.
