She has a day filled with celebration!
Portia Robinson has certainly had her hands full lately on General Hospital after the trying year that Trina Robinson has had along with some Curtis Ashford surprises. Things are going more smoothly, thankfully, for her portrayer, Brook Kerr, who is celebrating for a very special reason.

That’s because the stunning star was born on November 21, 1973, in Indianapolis, Indiana, which means that she’s turning 49 years old today! After graduating high school, Kerr moved to Los Angeles to pursue her long-held dream of being an actress.
She worked as a waitress at Skybar to make ends meet, which served as the ideal internship for one of her earliest cinematic roles, Hostess. After appearing as a guest performer on a number of sitcoms, such as Saved By the Bell: The New Class, The Steve Harvey Show, and Hang Time, Kerr was offered a role in the upcoming NBC serial opera Passions.
Over the course of the following eight years, Kerr guided Whitney Russell, the character she played, through a number of prominent plotlines, including her involvement in what she believed to be accidental incest, religious fervor, being a single parent, and marriage to an adulterous bisexual.
After Passions The Grinder, Westworld, Hawaii 5-0, CSI: Miami, and other programs, as well as numerous made-for-TV movies, all featured Kerr. She has portrayed Dr. Portia Robinson on ABC’s General Hospital since 2020.
Kerr is a devoted sports fan, and her favorite sports are ballroom dancing, ballet, volleyball, basketball, and bowling. Chris Warren, Jr., an actor who once played Jason Parker on Grand Hotel and Jimmy Ramirez on The Bold and the Beautiful, is the child of Kerr and her ex-partner Chris Warren.
