Monday, February 27’s General Hospital spoilers and updates hint at quick inquiries, dubious deals, and appreciative pals in Port Charles. Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) questions the hoped-for plea agreement, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) needs to launch an instant hunt, and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is an appreciative friend.

General Hospital Spoilers: Drawing Lines In The Sand

At GH, Mac Scorpio brings Heather Webber (Ally Mills) in to see Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) (John J. York). Esmé appears stern as Heather questions if she’s going to say welcome to her mother, but Heather appears optimistic. Esmé will draw a line in the ground, establishing limits. Heather wanted to visit her daughter and get an opportunity to meet and cuddle her grandchild.

Esmé didn’t confess to fabricating her amnesia, but she appeared distraught when Laura Collins (Genie Francis) informed her that Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), her birth father, had passed away. She might have been offended because Heather reacted aggressively when she referred to her child as “Ace,” and it appears that she may have something to say to Heather about Ryan’s passing.

GH Spoilers: Starting Searches

Dante informs Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) that they must launch that investigation right away when they return to the Port Charles Police Station. He presumably needs Molly, a junior assistant district attorney, to get him search orders. They will want to investigate Spoon Island after hearing admissions from Heather and Elizabeth about Esmé’s imprisonment by Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss). Immediately after Esmé returned, a search was conducted, but Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) had cleared everything away. When Esmé ascended onto the Haunted Star, a scorched Christmas decoration was discovered on her.

General Hospital Spoilers: Questioned Deals

Elizabeth wants to know from Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) if there’s anything that could help this transaction go through after she makes her confession. Before she made her statement, Scott had approached District Attorney Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) about a plea deal, but Robert required more details. Since Nikolas is still gone and Esmé still has amnesia, Elizabeth is the only one who can recall the events, which is presumably why another search is necessary.

Robert might decide not to file any charges if the statement Elizabeth made is not supported by any proof. Esmé’s recollection might come back, which would be possible, and if she verifies, Elizabeth might still be a conspirator.

GH Spoilers: Grandmother To Grandson Encouragement

Laura stays at the nursery of the hospital and tries to cheer Spencer Cassadine on (Nicholas Alexander Chavez). The more time he spent with his new baby sibling, the more regret he felt for having pushed their father away. Spencer is advised by Laura to exercise caution because she had vowed to track down Nikolas so they could make apologies. But unless Nikolas wasn’t actually deceased when Ava Jerome (Maura West) put him in that tack closet in the Cassadine stables, that won’t be feasible.

In another scene, Trina and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) are getting up for the first time since the Ashford-Robinson nuptials when they talk about Spencer. Josslyn receives a report from Trina regarding the catastrophic consequences of her paternity being called into question. She praises Spencer for being her pillar of support and claims she doesn’t know what she would have done without him.

Whether or not he is her actual father, Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) is her parent in her eyes. Marcus, who is the important parent, shares these sentiments.

GH Spoilers: Ugly Confrontation

Jordan Ashford and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) begin a heated argument in the interim (Tanisha Harper). He wants to know how long she had suspected Trina might be his daughter and why she didn’t inform him because he is furious. Although she had been urging Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) to come clear, she will admit that she had had her suspicions but that it hadn’t been her tale to share. Trina won’t want to undergo a Genetic test, even though it may be necessary to resolve this matter.
