General Hospital Spoilers: Tuesday, January 24 Update – Cam’s Revenge Verdict – Lucy Mission Derailed

The latest General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will be concerned about what Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby) could be concealing on Tuesday, January 24. Given all the lies and suffering in the past, the danger of believing Carolyn will seem too big.

Since Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) has a penchant for hiding information and making matters worse, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will be concerned about him as well.

Nikolas’ most recent covert plan is calling Carolyn to Wyndemere, where he’s ready to give her some dubious instructions.

Naturally, Nikolas won’t say Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) was a prisoner, but he would acknowledge Liz was caught up in a situation involving her.

Nikolas anticipates Carolyn to permanently suppress Esme’s memories since it would be better for Liz if she had no recollections at all.

According to more GH teasers, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will deal with a challenging Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) circumstance.

Dex is going to reveal something, but he’ll undoubtedly omit some crucial information.

It doesn’t appear that Sonny will learn about Dex’s relationship with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), thus it’s possible that the focus of this episode is on Dex saving Joss from “The Hook” and escaping the crime scene with her.

Sonny will be appreciative that Dex protected Josslyn from danger, but he still has some issues.

Sonny could have a problem with the fact that he is only now learning about this.

Sonny may also remind Dex of the risks involved and issue a warning to him not to involve Josslyn in any further crimes.

Of course, there could also be some discussion of the Pikeman transaction.

Since Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) wants to proceed quickly, Dex will make an effort to maintain his composure and concentrate on Sonny’s destruction.

Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will have to make a difficult choice.

Josslyn wants Cameron to hide her relationship with Dex, but Cam doesn’t owe the liar anything in return!

Cameron could give in nevertheless since Josslyn will be so worried about Sonny’s reprisal.

Josslyn will really be concerned about Dex’s life, thus Cam may decide against taking retribution and consent to keeping quiet.

Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will deliver some unsettling news to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) across town.

When Maxie finds Sam is so involved in hazardous Esme drama, she might not be in favour.

Maxie could point out that even though Sam is sure Esme isn’t “The Hook,” the murderer still appears to be holding a vendetta against her.

Sam might be in more danger the more information she searches for.

With Rene’s (Maria Tornberg) assistance, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will enter Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) castle in Paris.

Regrettably, Rene isn’t much of an ally because she’s eager to provide Valentin and Anna a free pass.

Rene now appears prepared to build a trap for Anna and Valentin to fall into because she wants Victor to reward her.

According to General Hospital spoilers, Anna will worry that Lucy Coe’s (Lynn Herring) time is running up, but if Rene is successful, Anna and Valentin may end up joining Lucy as hostages!
