General Hospital Spoilers: Trina Has Her Doubts, Not Ready To Move On With Spencer?

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will have her doubts about Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez). Even though she’s chosen to team up with him to flush out Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) and solve Rory Cabrera’s (Michael Blake Kruse) murder, she’s not ready to move on.

General Hospital Spoilers: A Mess Of Conflicting Emotions

Trina, who was so divided between Spencer and Rory that she would be kissing Rory but couldn’t stop thinking about Spencer, is currently a hot tangle of conflicting feelings. They intend to “fake date” so Esmé will learn about it, wherever she is, and move to get rid of them even though it would be forced upon her. Trina is aware that in order to uncover Esmé, she must concentrate and portray a genuine affection for Spencer.

Esmé is “The Hook,” according to Spencer, and although though he is aware of their relationship, she will attack when she believes he and Trina are in a relationship. Trina, however, has a problem because she is aware of Spencer’s genuine emotions for her, and Rory’s departure makes her regret about having to choose between him and Rory worse.

GH Spoilers: They Play The Game

Trina and Spencer are acting as the bait in an effort to attract The Hook, but they haven’t considered the possibility that it might not be Esmé. At first, Trina hesitated and questioned Spencer about what to do if it turned out to be someone they hadn’t even considered. If it isn’t Esmé, they are setting themselves up as targets for the real thing while keeping their actions a secret from their family. Trina, though, feels closer to Spencer as they “fake date,” and she can sense that he feels the same way about her. While neither is being open and honest with the other about their genuine sentiments, Spencer assures Trina that it might not happen right away and that they simply need to be patient.

General Hospital Spoilers: Finally Getting Real

This continues for a while, but eventually things start to get serious, and the two of them also start to be serious with one another. Trina acknowledges she’s been torn for a long, but she tells Spencer she still can’t go on for real until the murder is solved or Esmé is exposed. Because of her affections for Spencer, she was considering ending her relationship with Rory. Until Spencer’s murder is avenged, she won’t feel right.

Spencer makes a special effort to be sympathetic and forgiving because he wants to make up for the times he wronged her. They both continue to be targets in the interim!
