Don’t forget the moment Sonny killed his own son, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Even though he didn’t know it was his son at the time, he continued to use that defense even after finding out after the fact. Everyone in Sonny’s universe is merely existing for him as a means of playing his game; that is the kind of guy he is.

He is also a serial killer who distributes narcotics to the community he claims to be trying to safeguard while developing strong relationships with those in authority, such as Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis). The majority of us would never put up with a conflict of interest like this in our municipal leaders.

Sonny was a young child who struggled to avoid mischief and was in need of a parent figure badly. He has abused numerous women while saying he loves them, and they continued to be with him. As we enter a new age that teaches washing away the crimes of the past, his portrayal of a tortured man who just can’t help what he does but is deserving of love because he “didn’t intend it” and has wonderful dimples might need some finessing.
