General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) is due for some happiness after the last several years. Just in the past year, she lost both her newborn son and her husband, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor).

She also relapsed into her previous drug addiction, which has led to her current legal troubles. There is still a chance that Sasha will serve time in jail. Considering everything she has gone through, maybe she will soon receive a pleasant surprise.

A few weeks ago, Brando was attacked by Port Charles’ newest sᴇʀɪᴀʟ ᴋɪʟʟᴇʀ. Not only was he attacked with a hook, but the tip of the weapon also contained snake venom which is what ᴋɪʟʟᴇᴅ Brando in the end. Brando and Sasha haven’t been married for long. They eloped earlier this year while visiting Niagara Falls. But after the ᴅᴇᴀᴛʜ of their son, and Sasha’s addiction issues, the two of them didn’t really have a chance to be happy.

Sasha might find out that she is pregnant again very soon. For her, this news will undoubtedly be bittersweet. Her previous pregnancy was dangerous and tragic. She won’t be able to share a child with the baby’s father now that Brando is no longer alive. Sasha, however, might have a different perspective. This child will serve as a symbol of the affection Brando and Sasha once shared. Thus, having a child will be a really special gift.

Sasha still has a ways to go before she can feel any true contentment. She must permanently overcome her addiction. It won’t be simple, but Sasha has a lot of friends and family who will support her. Deception still counts Sasha as a partner, and given that CEO Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) has been shot and is likely dead, the business may need her more than ever.

But after more than a year of misery, Sasha might benefit greatly by having a brand-new child. She may be able to draw strength from this tragedy as she creates a completely new life for herself. Though it may not be the life she had envisioned, it still might be amazing!
