General Hospital Spoilers: Red-Hot Promo – Shocking Reveal, Critical Situation, Rough Confrontations

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Monday, November 14-Friday, November 18 tease the search is on, the clock is ticking and warnings delivered! Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) gives a warning, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) searches for a donor and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), and Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) confronted.

General Hospital Spoilers: Carly Spencer’s Warning

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), who is surprised, is informed by Carly that Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl), who just assaulted Elizabeth Baldwin, is in town (Rebecca Herbst). Since all of the victims of the attacks are connected to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and her trial, there is a lot of speculation that Esmé may even be The Hook. Carly may even advise Josslyn to return home where there is security, but she can’t because she has a secret because she needs to be extra cautious.

Later this week, when Carly learns Josslyn’s secret, she will be prepared and know exactly what to do. After all, Carly frequently encountered similar circumstances with Jason Morgan.

GH Spoilers: Michael Corinthos’ Search

In order to identify a bone marrow donor, Michael and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will start looking for her biological parents and close family members this week. Michael is likely to be involved in other searches as well, as he discovered a phone outside the gatehouse and appears to be attempting to use it.

Michael probably realizes the dead phone belongs to Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), with whom he hasn’t spoken for at least two days. Dex had to be close to the gatehouse, but where had he gone and why had he dropped his phone? Will Michael also learn the truth about Josslyn’s cover-up of Dex’s severe injuries?

General Hospital Spoilers: The Clock Is Ticking

Dex requires immediate medical attention beyond first treatment because he has been sick and exhibiting other symptoms of an infection stemming from his bullet “crease,” as he described it to Josslyn. He is currently unconscious, and Josslyn, who is caring for him while keeping him hidden in her dorm room, checks his pulse. He resisted going to GH, receiving medical attention from paramedics, and being taken in an ambulance.

Now that Josslyn needs assistance, should she call her grandmother, Grandma Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman)? Dex is running out of time, and at this point, he probably needs more than just a nurse; he definitely needs antibiotics.

General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Cassadine Worries

Ava Cassadine (Maura West) is worried as she instructs Nikolas that they must first locate Esmé in Wyndemere. She has no idea that Nikolas is in control of the situation and that Esmé has been imprisoned in the north tower, from where she previously escaped by creating a rope out of bed sheets. Esmé must now sleep on a bare mattress since Nikolas won’t allow that to happen again. He has also probably installed locks on the windows that require keys.

He still seems anxious, but he has to appear anxious in order for Ava to not get the impression that he knows more about Esmé’s whereabouts than he lets on. Even though she could still return and accuse her of throwing Esmé, at least now she doesn’t have to be concerned about being linked to the death of that girl.

GH Spoilers: Elizabeth Baldwin’s Confrontation

Although Ava may not be suspicious, Nikolas quickly learns that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), his oldest friend in Port Charles, is suspicious. Elizabeth, who is standing outside the castle door with a serious expression on her face, confronts him and claims to know something. Where is Esmé, she openly asks him. Elizabeth can still picture Nikolas approaching the docks where she was lying unconscious and bending over her.
