According to General Hospital (GH) rumors, Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) is currently unconscious, but what if he comes up at some point? Nikolas may be imprisoned for some time as Mason Gatlin’s (Nathanyael Grey) employer appears happy to maintain control of him for the time being.
It would benefit Nikolas immediately following the manner he imprisoned a pregnant Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) in Wyndemere’s north turret.
Esme has committed some genuinely horrible crimes, but it is still wrong to imprison her against her will.
Esme should have been handed over to the police by Nikolas, who ought to have acted reasonably.
Instead, Nikolas believed he could control the pregnancy news and manage things his way, but it was clear that this wasn’t the best course of action.
If Nikolas wakes up and is taken off life support, maybe he will finally experience his own medicine.
Mason may inform the supervisor that Nikolas is regaining consciousness and receive new instructions to transport Nikolas for safety.
This may be yet another strategy to keep Nikolas out of the picture, at least until the GH authors decide it’s time to bring the character back. Nikolas won’t be put back into the canvas anytime soon.
Nikolas could easily be grumbling while being imprisoned in a cage.
Even though Nikolas claims to be a strong Cassadine and swears they won’t get away with it, there is little he can do to change the situation.
It will be intriguing to see if Spencer Cassadine or Victor Cassadine, played by Charles Shaughnessy, will be the one to extricate Nikolas from his predicament. (Nicholas Chavez).
Spencer regrets allowing Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) to use him and Esme, so perhaps rescuing Nikolas in the future will provide an opportunity for atonement.
It would undoubtedly help Nikolas and Spencer regain their trust in humanity.
