Spoilers for General Hospital hint When it comes to Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) just can’t seem to win. Going back in time, Nikolas pretended to be dead so that his kid would believe it for four years.
Nikolas hasn’t made amends despite the fact that he’s been back for a while, and Spencer hasn’t shown any signs of doing so either. Nikolas wrecked their relationship once more just as they were beginning to get back to a nice point where they might be able to mend it. Nikolas is hopeful they can start over now that Spencer is soon to be released from Pentonville. Boy, is he mistaken.
General Hospital Spoilers — Nikolas Cassadine Makes An Offer
Both Spencer and Nikolas are counting down the days until their release. Nikolas is hoping that all the time spent by himself while Spencer was imprisoned gave Spencer time to reflect and get to a place where he could forgive his father. Prior to Spencer’s release, Nikolas might travel to Pentonville to plan the specifics of his return. Although Nikolas had anticipated Spencer would return to Wyndemere, he is aware that their relationship wasn’t the best when Spencer was imprisoned. Will Spencer accept Nikolas’ offer of reconciliation and consent to visit Spoon Island once more?
General Hospital Updates – Spencer Cassadine Hasn’t Budged
Spencer doesn’t currently use the word “forgiveness” in conversation. He has spent the majority of his time in Pentonville monitoring his back and fantasizing about making things right with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). He hasn’t given Nikolas much of a place in his life, and when he goes home, he has no plans to make things right. In actuality, he has no plans to return to Wyndemere, but he may send someone to get his possessions. Nikolas’s relationship with Esme Prince left a wound that time has not yet been able to heal (Avery Kristen Pohl).
What Happens Next?
Nikolas plays a good game of lying to himself in pursuit of thinking he can have it all. How does he think he can welcome Spencer back to Wyndmere anyway as long as Esme is living in the north tower as a hostage — and a pregnant one at that? Why would he risk Spencer finding out about Esme, and how does he think he will explain his new child without cluing him into who the mother is — or was? Nikolas hasn’t thought this through, so it’s probably wise that Spencer is refusing to even consider speaking to him again. Keep checking back for more GH news, updates, and spoilers as they become available.
