Spoilers for General Hospital indicate Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is trying to keep it all together in the aftermath of so many emotional upsets the last few months. Michael is having a hard time understanding how he thinks about his father, Sonny Corinthos. (Maurice Benard). He is upset with him for picking Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) over his own son and grandchild, on the one hand. However, he is sick of being upset all the time and wishes to let everything go.
Michael has a new outlook on life as a result of Willow’s health issues, and he doesn’t want to spend time fretting about who is really on his side or making amends for those who ought to have been there for him but weren’t. With Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) enmeshed in spying and ready to kill Sonny, that’s easier said than done. Although Michael’s relationship with Sonny, or absence thereof, has received a lot of attention, his connection with his mother, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), also requires him to tread carefully. Carly’s failure to disclose that Willow is Nina’s child left Michael unable to pardon her. He desires to, but he is aware that healing from those scars will only come with time. Nevertheless, he’s making an effort to appear cheerful and act as if everything is fine for Willow’s sake, despite how severely he wants to slam his mother.

Will Michael be able to cope with his folks with the help of Brook Lynn’s sage advice? Sonny’s complete family as well as the residents of Port Charles will be shocked by the huge takedown Michael is planning for him.
