Spoilers for General Hospital indicate Kirsten Storms’ character Maxie Jones can’t help ruminating about her friend Sasha Gilmore Corbin. (Sofia Mattson). Maxie has been wondering if Sasha is ready to move on with someone — anyone — ever since Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) indicated to her that Sasha was romantically engaged with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). Sasha is obviously not interested in Chase, who is still in love with Brook Lynn. Maxie had never considered it before, but Sasha might be interested in someone else.
General Hospital Spoilers — Sasha Has Been Grieving
Sasha may have been very explicit to Brook Lynn about her disinterest in Chase, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t ready to consider the possibility of finding love once more. Maxie, who has always been sentimental at heart, will persuade herself that this is exactly what Sasha needs. Since her collapse last year, she has recovered significantly. She even addressed Heather Webber, the person responsible for Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) demise, as she has come to terms with it. (Alley Mills). Maxie might urge Sasha to continue in that path if she observes that she might feel more at ease with some light flirtation, as she alluded to when speaking to Brook Lynn.
GH Spoilers Hint Her Personal Life is Kind of a Mess
Sasha would undoubtedly be the first to admit to anyone that her existence is a disaster. She’s not seeking for love or to bring someone else into the chaos she’s been going through since Brando passed away and her mind started to spin out of control.
Sasha will consider Maxie’s proposal that she spend time with someone who is understanding of her situation absurd and presume that no one on the world would be interested in dating a woman who can’t even afford to pay for her own food. She’d be mistaken.
General Hospital Spoilers — She Needs Someone Who Can Relate
Sasha simply needs to find a companion who can relate to her situation of being out of luck and needing time to make up for lost time. Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) is the only person who fully comprehends this, and fortunately, they are already close friends. Sasha does feel lighter when she leaves every time she runs into Cody. Additionally, it appears that Cody has been watching out for Sasha, as evidenced by the fact that he sent Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) her way when Sasha sneaked into the PCPD questioning room while Heather was being questioned in order to address Heather in person.
Since Brando was still here, Sasha hasn’t felt like anyone was in her defense or had her back like Cody does. Will she follow Maxie’s prompting to move closer to Cody?
