General Hospital Spoilers: Liz Plots To Keep Esme’s Memories At Bay

According to General Hospital spoilers, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) has been watching Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) closely ever since Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Trina Robinson (Spencer Cassadine) brought her to the hospital. Although Nurse Baldwin is aware that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) would want to see Esme, she has been adamantly urging him to stay away in an effort to allay whatever misgivings the PCPD may already have—which they undoubtedly have.

Even while Liz is aware that practically everyone who suffers from memory loss eventually regains their memory, she won’t feel any better when she checks on Esme throughout the day. Will Liz be able to stop Esme from remembering what happened before her hypothermic crisis?

General Hospital Spoilers — Liz Won’t Give Esme Any Information

As Liz tends to Esme’s needs, she’s not going to give her any information to work with. That would be stupid. That being said, Liz does harbor some guilt for what she’s done, and some trepidation that the police are going to find out. She has risked everything for Nikolas and she’s not even sure why. Yes, they’re longtime friends, but Liz has three sons she should have been worried about far more than she concerned herself with Nikolas and his new baby.

GH Spoilers Hint She Might Even Feed Her Some Lies

Elizabeth may try to derail Esme by sowing seeds of doubt with her as she becomes more worried that Esme would begin recalling the incidents that led to herring being hospitalized. Maybe she’ll convince Esme that her memories aren’t reliable. She might suggest someone else for her to vent her latent animosity toward, such as Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez). Esme may be able to recall her past anger toward Spencer, which Liz can then use to distract her from how she feels about Nik and Liz.

General Hospital Spoilers — Nik Could Ruin Everything

Only because Esme’s care is being handled by a nurse did Elizabeth get access to her. Elizabeth would not be permitted to remain in close proximity to Esme if anyone learned that she had assisted in keeping Esme hostage. Although Nikolas can now see Esme and assess the situation for himself, he is still a classic control freak and is spiraling out of control.

It seems way too suspicious for him to hang out outside of Esme’s hospital room, so Elizabeth continues telling him to get away. Esme might also be reminded of the anguish she experienced while being held captive and jumping from the turret if she sees Nik.
