Carly will struggle during her stay in Florida with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Sure, he’s providing plenty of distraction and Carly has found him quite easy on the eyes, but Drew’s unending support will also lend way to Carly feeling comfortable with exploring something she has refused to do for many years — her past.
As Carly starts to recall memories she thought were long gone, she may unearth secrets that she wasn’t prepared to remember. Is the past really best left in the past? Should Carly pack her bags and head home before anything else can happen?
Carly may assume she is emotional since it is a difficult time of year because she has so many emotions going through her thoughts. October 7th is also the anniversary of Morgan’s birth, which is coming up soon. Carly might have a hard time without having her son.
Additionally, it might be challenging to be in Florida at that time. On his birthday, she generally pays a visit to Morgan’s tomb, but it is located back in Port Charles. Will she make it a point to leave before his birthday on October 24?

Morgan could be back, and GH spoilers have suggested that he might be enraged with his entire family. When Morgan stole Julian Jerome’s (William deVry) car, he was supposed to have known that Olivia Jerome, Julian’s sister, had rigged the vehicle with a bomb (Tonja Walker). Later, information came to light indicating that Morgan’s erratic behavior, including auto theft, was caused by his discontinuation of his bipolar disorder medication. His medication was changed by Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) in an effort to keep him away from her daughter Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin).

If Morgan is hiding away, he might be staying in his mother’s former base in Jacksonville, Florida. Could Morgan respond in kind, believing his family has moved on without him because they never worked hard enough to exact the revenge they feel should have been theirs?
