According to General Hospital rumors, Willow is still awaiting the decision regarding her bone marrow donor, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). Nelle Benson, formerly Chloe Lanier, was Willow’s identical sibling and Nina’s child, but Willow was unaware of this. After Nelle passed away, Michael wanted Willow to adopt his boy. Nina yearned to be close to Wiley as soon as she made the link.
Before Nina revealed to Wiley that Willow wasn’t his mother, Willow and Michael attempted to let Nina be close to her grandchild. Instead of informing Michael of Sonny’s whereabouts, Nina decided to keep it a secret.
