Esme’s behaviour ever since she washed up on the Haunted Star with hypothermia was that of a nervous girl who is concerned about making the wrong judgements and placing her confidence in the wrong people. What could Esme think about that? Esme is going to value consistency, especially now that she is ready to become a mother. Will her own volatility merely make things worse and lead to conflict between her and Ryan over their strategy?

Will Esme be aware that they are her birth parents when she leaves Spring Ridge with them? Perhaps, perhaps not. It’s hard to predict how she will respond to such knowledge, and it’s also conceivable that she won’t want to believe them. Esme hasn’t known for a long time who she can actually trust, and she’s concerned about putting her confidence in the incorrect person who can lead her in a harmful route.
GH Spoilers Tease They Won’t Make it Out of Port Charles
Unfortunately for Heather and Esme, Ryan intends to make sure he says goodbye to Ava Jerome Cassadine and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), his two true loves (Maura West). Heather will be outraged when he won’t let Port Chuck go without meeting both of them, but she won’t have much place to dispute with the guy.
She still fears him, and she knows that if she gives in to what he demands now, he will be more accommodating to her future plans. Nevertheless, his unwise actions may put their whole escape from town without being discovered in jeopardy.
General Hospital Spoilers — Esme’s Baby’s Early Arrival
When Esme gives birth early before they even leave town, this family of fugitives will run into another hurdle in their plan. When this happens, it’s quite probable that either Ava or Felicia will be there, and Heather will have to assist her daughter in giving birth while Ryan could decide to keep one of his favourite obsessions against their choice. How on earth can this go well, especially with Ava involved? According to rumours, nobody will escape this alive.
