Since Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) is working for his gangster aunt Selina Wu on General Hospital, viewers may recall that Ellie is a lab technician. GH might utilize Ellie as well (Lydia Look). Since the hospital currently appears to be understaffed, both Griffin and Ellie would immediately find new employment. Everyone seems to chip in when a number of doctors are pulled into circumstances outside of their areas of expertise, but no one seems to be a neurologist or a brain surgeon.
Griffin and Ellie are both have to return to GH, and tiny Georgie would benefit from having her entire family close by. They would add some help to the GH personnel who are already overburdened.
