General Hospital Spoilers: Esme Pushes Liz’s Buttons, And She Bites Back

Spoilers for General Hospital hint Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is skilled at a few different areas. She is a con artist at heart, and she enjoys killing time before moving on to her next victim by making people feel uncomfortable. She has been imprisoned in Wyndemere’s north tower for weeks on end, and as a result, she is beginning to exhibit signs of madness.

She is missing European culture and wondering why she ever came to Port Charles to find a boy who didn’t love her because there isn’t much to do to pass the time. Esme’s whole focus is on attempting to escape the castle and return to her father, Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom). In an attempt to induce Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) to give in and let Esme go, she issues a subliminal threat, but it backfires.

General Hospital Spoilers — Nudge, Nudge

Because it is purportedly Nikolas Cassadine’s child, Elizabeth is merely assisting Esme with her pregnancy as a favor to Marcus Coloma. Esme is not important to her, and she doesn’t really care what happens to her as long as she is not involved in it. The notion that Elizabeth doesn’t care that Nikolas would send Esme off to live in luxury forever is actually rather startling.

Given what Esme caused to Cameron “Cam” Webber (William Lipton) and Joslyn “Joss” Jacks (Eden McCoy), shouldn’t Liz want Esme to pay for her crimes? Esme may already be feeling very forgivable toward Elizabeth for letting her get away with so much. Esme will succeed when she starts to provoke Liz in an effort to elicit a rise out of her.

GH Spoilers Hint Liz Isn’t in the Mood for Games

Elizabeth’s life is in complete disarray. It was worse than she could have ever imagined when she finally saw her parents again. It was upsetting to learn that she contributed to the demise of Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) late wife, Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara). She couldn’t bear to face Finn after having to tell him the truth; it tore at her heart. She doesn’t care that her father is still interested in getting to know her. To protect his own reputation and keep Esme behind bars, Nikolas left her unconscious on the pier. Except for Finn, the one person Elizabeth feels she has offended and cannot look in the eyes, no one seems to care about Elizabeth or want to make sure she is okay. Esme might be lucky to be the lucky recipient because she can only take so much before she loses it.

General Hospital Spoilers — Elizabeth Takes Over

When Esme goes too far by suggesting that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) may have also deserved his unfortunate destiny and that her son may have deserved what happened to him, Elizabeth is going to put a stop to it. While she couldn’t do much to make Esme’s life more miserable right now, Nikolas can do a lot to make her uncomfortable, and Liz may even beg him to. Will Liz begin threatening Esme straight away and remind her that she won’t get to keep her baby or even know it, hinting that she will also receive what is due to her?
