After his catastrophic wedding night with Portia Robinson, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is reportedly making the rounds (Brook Kerr). Curtis is driven to comprehend those who are meant to be on his side; he must come to terms with his own reasoning for why they would have withheld this information from him. Before he went down the aisle and wed Trina Robinson’s deceitful mother, no one considered it was critical enough to inform him that she might be his daughter (Tabyana Ali). Curtis will face everyone who participated in keeping this secret after he and Portia get married, and when he visits his aunt Stella Henry, it won’t be pleasant (Vernee Watson).

Jordan did want Curtis to know the truth before he married Portia, contrary to what he had initially thought, but his new wife just couldn’t bring herself to be honest with him. Jordan was devastated by what had happened, but she didn’t believe it was her place to ruin Curtis’ life or meddle in his relationship with Portia. Given that his aunt had her own doubts, the most she felt confident doing was telling Stella what was going on.
GH Spoilers Say That’s More Than Aunt Stella Did
Stella couldn’t believe Portia would put Curtis through this or marry him under such fictitious pretences when she discovered Trina might be Curtis’ daughter. She genuinely thought she could keep this a secret forever, and she never meant to inform Curtis, which may have been what most devastated him. He feels equally hurt and betrayed, though, because his loved ones failed to attempt to caution him when they realised what was happening. His own relative decided against conducting the ceremony and gave him permission to carry it out. She was able to stomach allowing him get married without her presence, even though she couldn’t stomach witnessing the two of them get married knowing what she knew. Curtis simply doesn’t understand it.
General Hospital Spoilers — Curtis Can’t Hold It Against Her
Even so, Curtis finds it difficult to make Stella answer for her mistakes. The lady who sacrificed a great deal of herself and her own life to raise him and his sibling is simply beyond his ability to criticise. He hopes Stella had his best interests at heart and was just overcome by the information she learned just days before his wedding. She wouldn’t have known that knowledge if she hadn’t spoken to Jordan, and as a result, Curtis might strike out more at his ex-wife than his aunt. However, he must first come to grips with what he really desires out of the union he was just duped into.
