General Hospital Spoilers: Carly Lays The Love On Thick For Drew This Holiday Season

General Hospital Spoilers hint Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has been hard at work leading her boyfriend, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) far off course in his search for Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) birth parents. Every time Drew thinks he’s hot on the tail of finding out something important, Carly diminishes his success and makes sure he will keep going in circles, exhausting himself and emotionally draining Willow in the process. The holiday season is now among Carly and Drew. As they spend their first Christmas season and New Year together, Carly is going to overcompensate her hiney off making up for what only she knows she’s doing to her beau.

General Hospital Spoilers — Carly Pulls Out All the Stops

Carly’s attempts to court Drew over the holiday break will surprise him. He may not be taking much time away from looking for Willow’s biological parents, but he does want to offer his daughter some much-needed individual attention. Given that, Carly will take charge and express her gratitude for having him in her life. Drew, who already has some concerns about Carly’s recent behavior, would notice something is off if she just won’t stop complimenting people.

GH Spoilers Tease Something Isn’t Right

Drew hasn’t gotten the whole truth from Carly, and even though he’s not sure what his gut is telling him, he hasn’t felt good about her for the past week or so. Carly didn’t seem too distraught when she learned that Willow’s birth mother, “Joan,” had passed away from Denise Makenzie (Alice Rietveld), despite the fact that she had a strong emotional investment in her son’s happiness. Drew thought at the moment that Carly already knew what Denise was going to say, which seems ridiculous to Drew now. He isn’t thrilled about doubting Carly and he doesn’t have time to determine whether or not his worry is justified. He can’t quite put his finger on what feels so strange to him.

General Hospital Spoilers — Carly’s Guilt Takes Over

Contrary to what many people think, Carly does have a conscience. She disapproves of what she is doing to Willow, Drew, and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). She wants her family to be safe, healthy, and content. Perhaps she would have made a different decision if she had known Willow was ill. But now that she’s prepared a rather unkempt bed, she will have to lie in it merely to maintain her appearance, and Carly would probably prioritize maintaining her appearance above coming clean at the last minute to save Willow’s life.
