General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Learns The Truth — And Elizabeth Worries She’s Facing Jail Time

Spoilers for General Hospital indicate Ava Maura West’s Jerome Cassadine was beginning to believe she might be able to give Marcus Coloma’s Nikolas Cassadine another chance to earn her affection. Instead of a warm welcome from him, she received a dose of reality. All bets will be off when Ava learns that Nikolas is holding Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) hostage in the north tower of Wyndemere and that she is expecting. As she makes her threat to destroy him, Ava just could cause a chain reaction.

General Hospital Spoilers — Nikolas Wasn’t Working Alone

Nikolas had to decide in an instant what was actually best for the circumstance at hand. He will have to act as though he doesn’t want to be with Ava despite how much he does. Although that is the only way to convince her to stop, she won’t stop being interested in what has changed. Ava is not the sort to let up until she receives the answers she believes she is due, and Nikolas has just left his wife with more questions. Nikolas could have pretended to be honest and told Ava that Elizabeth is expecting, but he’s going to be completely honest and tell her the truth about Esme.

Elizabeth is going to freak out when Nikolas says that he had no choice but to inform Ava what was happening. To preserve their covert hostage situation, she stopped her romance with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and risked everything for Nikolas to aid him with Esme. She is now certain that an enraged Ava will blow the lid off of everything. If Elizabeth goes to Pentonville, what will she do with her boys?

Finn is going to turn around just as Elizabeth was beginning to think she had lost him and that she could pay a price for assisting Nikola with his dirty blunders. He’ll be bitter and yet still sweet on Elizabeth because he’s still in love with her and realizes that her lie was an honest attempt to protect her friend. Although Finn is a wonderful man, he owes Elizabeth a sincere apology for her assistance with Peter August even though he may not be seeking it (Wes Ramsey).
