Esme might actually end up being Franco’s half-sister, which would explain why Elizabeth thinks she recognizes traits of Franco in Esme. When Spencer was at Pentonville, his uncle Cyrus surprised him with two turtle doves and suggested that Spencer give one of them to Trina. Unfortunately, Victor stopped them and stole the show by stating he had just pulled some connections to secure Spencer’s early release. They were just getting along over the notion and Cyrus was urging him to make a romantic move in Trina’s direction when Victor interrupted them. Spencer, though, won’t be so quick to forget the thoughtful gift Cyrus made for him.

GH Spoilers Tease Victor Appealed to Spencer’s Cassadine Nature

Spencer hardly ever needs to call Victor for assistance because he always appears to arrive at the perfect time. It seems as though Victor is constantly prepared and coming up with new strategies to keep Spencer dependent on him. Perhaps he is; after all, that might be his M.O. Could Cyrus know more about Victor than Spencer initially thinks? Spencer is going to need a friend on the outside, and as part of the deal that got him out of Pentonville early, he will be directly supervised by Victor for the remainder of his sentence.

Spencer won’t know who to believe as long as his uncles are arguing over who did what and who is a better influence on him. It would be foolish for him to ask Laura Collins (Genie Francis), his grandmother, for advice because neither of them are much liked by her. As long as he has Victor over a barrel, Nikolas is unlikely to turn on him; besides, he hardly knows Cyrus. It appears that Spencer will be traveling alone.
