General Hospital Recaps: Monday, December 19

Concerned Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) asks Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for help in locating Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) at her gallery. Ava conveys Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) plea for a divorce as well as his assertion that he caused Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) to become pregnant as well as her intention to expose him. Ava is cautioned by Nina not to engage in combat with the Cassadines. Elizabeth decides, against her better judgment, to assist Nikolas in carrying out his scheme to abandon Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) on Cassadine Island and disappear with his child till death.

When Sonny advises stepping up Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) security, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) agrees. Until alternate arrangements can be made, Dex Heller (Evan Hoffer) is assigned to serve as a guard. Josslyn protests, but Dex persuades her to admit that she feels helpless. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), who is the love of Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) life, is permanently cut off from his personal and professional life.

Katelyn MacMullen and Chad Duell’s characters, Michael Quartermaine and Willow Tait, find out they are having a girl. Willow worries she won’t live long enough to watch her kid grow up. Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) learns that the tale Denise (Alex Reitveld) told him about “Joan” isn’t quite true thanks to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and confronts the firewoman.

GH Recaps: Tuesday, December 20

Drew is given the impression that Willow was forcibly taken away from her parents by Denise when she spins some more lies for him. Ava confronts Liz and demands that she pay for the bedding she provided for Nikolas. Liz makes up having a miscarriage. Nikolas explains the circumstances of his and Ava’s divorce to Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez). Spencer berates his father for engaging in yet another extramarital relationship and declares his intention to stay away from all things Cassadine.

Josslyn promises Dex that William Lipton (William Lipton) is not the cause of her problems with Cameron Webber. Despite the disapproval he experiences from her, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) sets up a chance encounter between Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and a visibly distressed Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) with the help of Mac Scorpio (John J. York). Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) tells Nina that she has cautiously entered the online dating scene during their meeting.

General Hospital Recaps: Wednesday, December 21

Spencer is given the advice by Alexis to embrace who he is and follow his own path rather than following Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy)… Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) settle their differences amicably. Following the passing of Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse), Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) family members, including Spencer, come together for her.

Dante informs Chase that his case is currently being reevaluated AGAIN as a result of Brook Lynn pulling some strings. This seems to motivate Chase to carry out the previously planned performance in Rice Plaza. Carly puts in a lot of effort to persuade Drew not to give Willow hope that her birth family might still exist. Josslyn’s tire blows out.

GH Recaps: Thursday, December 22

A boisterous audience cheers as Chase and Blaze perform on stage. After that, Chase consents to help Brook Lynn (Dan Buran) reclaim her songs by following through on his vow to do so. Ava and Carly share their sorrow over unfaithful partners. Trina and Spencer decide to prosecute Esme. Dex offers Josslyn, who is stuck, some assistance. Rory’s belongings include a trophy from one of Ryan Chamberlin’s (Jon Lindstrom) earlier kills, and Heather Webber (Alley Mills) is aware of this. Ryan presses his ex-lover for clarification. Ryan refuses to speak with the PCPD agents when they come to his door until Ava gets there.

General Hospital Recaps: Friday, December 23

There is a blizzard that hits Port Charles. To clear the roads, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) put in extra effort. The Quartermaine residence becomes the only place a pregnant lady may find refuge. Austin realizes the baby is breech when she goes into labor and contacts Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), who shows up just in time riding Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) motorcycle. Maxie is given the opportunity to spend Christmas Eve with Georgie and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson). Liz is encouraged by Laura and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner).
