Of many viewers will recall, when actress Gina Tognoni was compelled out of the character in 2019, Michelle left General Hospital to take up the part as Phyllis Summers on The Young and the Restless. As soon as possible, Cynthia Watros replaced Michelle as the new Nina. What you should know is as follows.

Many fans are curious as to how things would have turned out if Michelle Stafford had played the part instead of Cynthia Watros given how much attention Nina Reeves has been receiving in the most recent General Hospital plots.
