General Hospital news say that by now everyone should know that daytime television stars are the hottest and if not also the fittest stars in the business. Luckily, some of them, like Evan Hofer, have shared some of their biggest secrets when it comes to eating right, working out, and taking care of their health and fitness. Here’s what he has to say.
General Hospital News: Evan Hofer Shares Some Of His Biggest Secrets
In a recent interview with Soap Opera Digest, Even stated that he practices moderation when it comes to his everyday meals. “I wake up and have an RXBAR,” he claimed. After my workout, I’ll drink a protein smoothie and eat some chicken sausages or scrambled eggs with hamburger. I typically bring a turkey and Swiss sandwich on sourdough to work, followed by another protein bar or some prepared protein, like pork tenderloin. I’ll eat some fruit, including some blueberries, to quell my sugar cravings. Dinner resembles a cheeseburger in certain ways. In order to consume more fruits and vegetables, I’ve also started drinking green juices and smoothies. However, I still enjoy sweets and don’t deprive myself of them; I just realize that I can’t eat as many cookies as I’d like. The key is moderation.
Evan responded, “Pretty much every day, because if I don’t, it starts to influence my happiness levels,” when asked how frequently he exercises. I have a fantastic home gym setup. I own a ton of Bowflex products because I adore them. I lift weights, giving each muscle area a different day. I enjoy playing basketball and biking. I get the majority of my home workouts from Jeff Cavaliere, a fantastic physical therapist and trainer who goes by the YouTube username ATHLEAN-X. He is very concerned with the way your muscles should move, functional strength, avoiding injuries, and taking care of your joints. I strongly advise looking him up. Consistency, in my opinion, is the most crucial factor when it comes to exercising. I virtually promise you will feel better and actually see results if you are consistent.
General Hospital News: What’s Next For Evan?
He also shared his top workout tip. He said, “A lot of people think you have to go to a gym to work out. You don’t! There are so many activities you can do to get your body moving. Not everything has to be high-intensity or make your body sore. If you’re a beginner, you can start with walking 30 minutes a day and work your way up to an hour.”
