Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) isn’t prepared for the connection that her new stepdad, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), wants to have with her, according to General Hospital Rumors. The revelation that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) may be Trina’s real father and that she has known this since she first learned she was pregnant has still not fully registered in Curtis’ consciousness. She lied to Curtis a few years back when he inquired about the timing of Trina’s baby and their affair because she knew. Even though she continues to portray her actions as well-intentioned, Curtis’ attention isn’t on Portia right now and it isn’t possible for it to be. He is much more sensitive to the requirements of his stepmother, who may be his real daughter.
General Hospital Spoilers — Portia And Marcus Won’t Push The Issue
What Trina wishes to do is unimportant to Portia and Marcus. Marcus may be unhappy about the truth of the situation, but he would never obstruct Trina from doing anything that will make her happy. Even though he is aware that Trina will never supplant him in her affections and that their relationship won’t be affected by Curtis being her biological father, it still hurts. Marcus might, on the other hand, be Trina’s actual parent. If he is, he would love to know and would also love for her to know. Portia is distraught that she might not even have a connection with Trina again as a result of this.
General Hospital Updates – Curtis Wants A Paternity Test
Because he believes it will be best for everyone if they all work with the information at hand and decide how to proceed, Curtis desires a DNA test. Trina isn’t quite prepared to proceed yet though. She needs time to process what her mother did to her, whereas Curtis seems to need less time to accept what his new wifey did to him. The idea that Marcus isn’t Trina’s father hasn’t been accepted by her yet. She can’t psychologically handle any more changes right now because her reality has already altered so drastically. I guess Curtis’ desires will have to wait.
Stella May Be The Answer
Wrong! Curtis wants to honour Trina’s desires, but until he learns the truth, he is unable to proceed with his own life—or his marriage. He has said everything he can to Portia, and his destiny is now entirely uncertain. If a DNA test yields the findings Curtis wishes for, he may have persuaded himself that he can ignore this, but he is mistaken.
He will mourn the loss of what might have been if Trina were not his daughter, and he will still be aware that Portia felt no remorse about deceiving him about the prospect. If she is his daughter, it would be lovely to imagine they could all live happily ever after, but Trina will always serve as a reminder that he can’t trust her mother. When Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) discusses the ancestry match that she and Trina both used, Curtis may use his former P.I. abilities to locate the mystery account Trina abandoned to determine whether or not she was actually Stella’s match.
