General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Ryan Drops Hints That Ava Refuses To Accept

According to General Hospital (GH) spoilers, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) promised to assist Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and Mac Scorpio (John J. York) in order to find out anything Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) might know about Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). She loves every opportunity to remind Ryan of his inability to touch her, therefore she doesn’t mind parading around in his presence knowing he can’t touch her. However, Ava wants Esme in jail, so the sooner she can assist the police in finding her, the better in her eyes. Of course, she is unaware that her husband Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) is protecting her while holding Esme hostage.

General Hospital Spoilers — “Esme Was Planning To Target Nikolas”

There is a rumor Ryan intends to take the cops on a fruitless search that ends at Nikolas’ door. He is aware that Wyndemere will be the first place the police go when he informs them Esme frequently discussed targeting Nikolas. He is attempting to scare Nikolas and Ava, but he is not attempting to lead the police to Esme. In the end, he wants Ava to learn Esme is pregnant by her husband after making her worry that his beloved Nikolas is up to no good. Ryan believes that whenever Ava is upset with Nikolas, it can be advantageous for him.

General Hospital Updates – Ryan Wants Ava To Think Esme Is No Threat To Her

When Ava prances around Ryan knowing that he can’t touch her or even respond when she speaks, she exudes an unusual amount of confidence. But in reality, Ryan doesn’t want Esme’s presence to worry Ava. He wants her to believe Esme poses no threat to her so that when Ava learns Esme is expecting a child with Nikolas, the news will hit her all the harder.

Ava’s hatred for his daughter is evident in her eyes, and Ryan can see it. A typical male could find that hurtful and wish that the lady he cared about also loved him and his child. Does anyone actually believe Ryan loves Esme, though? After all, we’re talking about a true psychopath here. He keeps in touch with his daughter and uses her to carry out his instructions because of his obsession with Ava.

Even though at times all he gained from the interaction was the realization of how much of a monster his child is—just like him—he is still benefiting from it. Even when he is sequestered and locked up, Ryan has a way of making Ava feel uneasy, and that is all he wants her to remember about their engagement.
