She was hired because she has the ability to follow directions and ensure that the citizens of Port Charles receive the justice they are due. Jordan dislikes letting criminals go free, and she is beginning to feel the same way about Portia Robinson.

General Hospital Spoilers — Curtis Is In The Clear — And So Is Portia?

Since he made the decision to have the test done, both Curtis and Portia have been anxious about the findings, despite the fact that Portia has done a good job of hiding it. She puts on a brave façade and lets Curtis believe that she doesn’t care about the outcomes. But as far as Portia was concerned, the outcome of this test was the only thing standing in the way of her happily ever after. Curtis will feel relieved and able to forward with the wedding plans now that he knows he isn’t a Schizophrenia carrier. But can Portia?

General Hospital Updates – Jordan Ashford Says Not So Fast

Jordan is aware of how it appears. Portia sees herself as the resentful ex-wife who feared losing Curtis. She conveniently misplaced the divorce papers, or so Portia and Curtis believe. According to Portia, there is a deeper explanation behind this. Jordan may still be in love with Curtis, as Portia assumes, but that doesn’t mean she’s attempting to sabotage their engagement. Jordan wants Curtis to be happy, and the last thing she wants to happen is for him to go through another divorce because his wife hid information from him. Jordan would have told Curtis the truth long ago if it had been up to her.

Collateral Damage Is Piling Up

Portia is attempting to prevent the potential for harm to come to so many individuals in this situation. Jordan knows lying to Curtis is the wrong choice, but she can’t pretend to know what the right choice is. It appears Portia never meant to tell Curtis or Trina the truth if the genetic screening came back negative, despite her repeated attempts to convince Portia that she is making a mistake by attempting to be married to Curtis while harboring such a massive lie between them.

What would the repercussions be for Jordan if she chooses to tell Curtis herself? Will she anger Curtis? How will Trina being taken away from Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) make him feel, and will he blame his friend Jordan for not allowing him live in ignorance bliss? Also, what will Trina think?
