Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is the bone marrow donor match that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) need, according to General Hospital (GH) spoilers, but that doesn’t mean she’ll be happy to learn it. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will be shocked to learn that Nina is Willow’s biological mother from Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), but he won’t hesitate to speculate that Nina may be a bone marrow match for Willow. Another narrative is how Nina and Willow react to the information.
General Hospital Spoilers — Will Nina Reeves Hesitate?
Nina won’t ask Willow to wait before she continues to assist her. She won’t even have to second guess giving her bone marrow. She will be shocked to learn that she is both Willow’s biological mother and a match for the bone marrow transplant that she could require in order to survive. To some people, like Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), it could seem as though Nina is undecided about whether or not Willow is deserving of the cause, but in reality, she is just trying to make sense of all that has happened in the past few hours. Nina is unsure about Willow’s response to the news as well. Nina is just human, and the idea has occurred to her that Willow might not be prepared to accept such aid from her. Willow does not need to accept Nina as her mother for Nina to be willing to save her life.
General Hospital Updates – Willow Tait Won’t Accept Nina Reeves’ Favors
Nina is not wrong in her assumption either. Michael will probably acknowledge straight away that if they want Willow to accept the gift, she cannot know who the bone marrow donor is. There are few people Willow dislikes more than Nina, even if it’s the last thing Nina wants to hear after just finding Willow is her daughter. She is the last woman Willow would want to be her mother and the last person Willow would be willing to ask for anything in return.
No Strings Attached
Michael would maintain that Willow would assume Nina wanted something in exchange, maybe access to Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver), which isn’t too far off from the truth. Willow’s refusal of life-saving treatment wouldn’t be out of character if it meant protecting her kid from Nina’s reportedly detrimental and domineering hug.
Michael can see that Willow is still upset with Nina for showing up unexpectedly as he tries to talk things out with her. In order to avoid making a bargain with Nina that would expose her kid to his grandma, Willow would rather take the risk of inducing labour, having her daughter early, and maybe dying. Will Michael try to trick Willow into accepting the bone marrow donation by hiding the truth from her and demanding Nina keep her identity a secret?
