Spoilers for General Hospital (GH) indicate Because Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is aware of how miserable Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is feeling right now, she will be mindful of his suffering as she works to prevent him from harming himself. Since the night of his wedding, when he discovered that his wife, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), had been deceiving him for almost two decades, Curtis has had trouble adjusting to the truth of his life. Years ago, Portia maintained to Curtis that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) could not possibly be his daughter. However, it has since come to light that Portia never actually received any proof to support her assertion. Curtis might or might not have a daughter, and he might or might not stick with his liar of a wife.
General Hospital Spoilers — Curtis Ashford Opens Up A Little Bit More
Nina is already aware of what Portia did and the state of his marriage thanks to Curtis. Trina hasn’t decided whether or not she wants the DNA test, so she is aware that neither she nor she is certain of what the future contains for them. If it comes out Curtis is her actual father, it will be a difficult decision to make because there is no going back. However, he is attempting to respect Trina’s desires and give her the time and space she requires. He may open up more to Nina and reveal how anxious he is to learn the truth. Nina has already pleaded with Curtis to back off and not press her, but she’s going to observe how difficult it is for Curtis to remain motionless and restrain himself.
General Hospital Updates – Nina Reeves Understands Self-Sabotage Well
Nina understands what it’s like to wish she had more power over those around her. She might be able to coerce Katelyn MacMullen’s (Willow Tait’s) opening up to her and allowing her into her existence in an ideal world. Wiley Corinthos, her grandchild, would be a close family friend to her. (Viron Weaver). She and Willow would walk forward side by side, putting the past in the rearview mirror. But this universe isn’t flawless. She has discovered the hard way that exerting too much pressure on Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow only serves to distance them from her. If she notices Curtis making the same errors, will she intervene and try to prevent him from suffering the same fate as her for being too eager to see Curtis Fall Off the Wagon?
That expense might be quite high for Curtis. His possible connection with his stepdaughter, who may be his real daughter, is more than just a game for him. He’s also taking a chance with his own wellbeing. Since Curtis is in recovery from addiction, it doesn’t happen very often for him to fall off the path and fall back into old behaviors. He even made it through his most recent split without even considering giving up abstinence. In order to move on with his life, he actually started a bar at the same moment. Nina might be the only person who can convince him to change his mind before he wastes his entire existence because it appears that all he wants to do this time is sit down at the bar.
