According to General Hospital (GH) teasers, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) was really shocked by the results of his DNA screening test. When Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) announced the results and stated that Curtis had avoided every possible marker that Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) may have passed on to him that could have resulted in schizophrenia, he almost had to pinch himself. Marshall then quickly headed for the door, which caught Curtis off guard.
Marshall said that the reason for his teary eyes was because his darkest fears had been realized, but Portia appeared to have her own worries, which suggested that Marshall might not actually be Curtis’ father. When Curtis approaches Marshall and demands the truth, Marshall might initially be reluctant to say it before revealing that Curtis’ mother had an affair and that he is probably not Curtis’ father. Even worse, Curtis will anticipate Portia to be a safe haven for him, but he will perceive her as being more sympathetic to Marshall than to him. Where could Curtis go to find solace?

It’s possible that Curtis will bring up paternity and express his confusion at how someone so close to him could have kept such a secret for so long.
He might even bring up all the lost time and wonder why anyone would want to re-enter his life if they were aware of the information they had been withholding from him the entire time. Naturally, Curtis is referencing his father, but will Jordan pick up on that or will she assume that Curtis has discovered the fact that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is his daughter and that Portia has been keeping that information from him all along?
Curtis Ashford Walks Away with More Questions
Jordan will give Curtis the biggest surprise of his life if he speaks too soon. Wait until he learns that he might be a father—if he thought learning that his dad might not be his dad was a big deal, think again! It will also hurt to learn Portia knew but kept quiet, but how might he feel if Jordan had also known but kept quiet? The action in this plot is only beginning. Don’t squander a second.
