This week’s Soap Opera Digest teases that a very slow-moving couple will eventually hit the sheets after months of a slow burn in General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates! Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) ultimately give in to their loves.
General Hospital Spoilers – His Heart Isn’t In Music
When it comes to his music career, which may be quite successful based on his debut at The Savoy, Brook Lynn has been pushing Chase hard. Despite the fact that Port Charles has a high crime rate, his heart has never been in music; rather, it has always been in being a police investigator. Now that a missing and presumably deceased individual has been added to the list of serial killers, it is clear that the suspect is being falsely accused.
However, it doesn’t appear that Chase will ever work again for the Port Charles Police Department, at least not in the eyes of those who decided to suspend him.
However, he does come to the realization that Brook Lynn, his overbearing manager and publicist, and his family are in his heart, and he begins concentrating on their future together.
General Hospital Updates – She Can’t Keep Her Mind Off Business
However, Brook Lynn finds it incredibly challenging to keep her thoughts and discussion away from work, in this case, marketing Chase, while they are out on a date. She may be using music as a coping method because her feelings for him have been growing for more than two years without being expressed. Nevertheless, it is true that opposites attract, and Brook Lynn, a music lover with a dubious moral compass, and Chase, a more moral person, have always had a strong attraction to one another. Co-parenting Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) for more than a year helped them become even closer, and the volcano of sparks is about to burst.
Slow Burn
During their date night lunch, Chase is able to get Brook Lynn talking, but she is unwilling to discuss their developing feelings. But the real romance for her begins when she learns about it online and sees Chase giving an interview where he refers to her as “his muse.” They return to the Quartermaine estate when she allegedly loses her fear of commitment after hearing him say it to someone else.
A little while later, they finally complete their relationship and have their first kiss in Brook Lynn’s bedroom. This seems to be just the beginning of a significant, profound, and hopefully long-lasting romance.
