It’s great day for Lexi Ainsworth!
Though she does seem to be growing fond of her father’s new bodyguard lately, Kristina’s appearances on General Hospital may now be few and far between, but actress Lexi Ainsworth has something to be happy about.

This is because the amazing actress, who was born on October 28, 1992, in Oklahoma City, celebrates her 30th birthday today! Ainsworth, who was born Alexandra Danielle, started dancing professionally at the age of 3 with a nearby ballet company.
She kept appearing in plays and other theatrical productions, and at age 13, she was cast as Scout in an Actors Equity production of To Kill a Mockingbird. Ainsworth later participated in a New York film camp and, after deciding she wanted to pursue a career in show business, she sought out and was able to secure a Los Angeles-based agent.
Ainsworth soon secured a slot in a Mattel fashion doll Barbie national television ad. Ainsworth continued to work in commercials, and in 2006, she portrayed the title role in the short film Caroline Crossing.
Ainsworth made her television debut as Kristina Corinthos Davis on June 4, 2009, after being hired in the role on ABC’s General Hospital in May 2009. On November 4, 2011, the job was filled by a new person when her initial term was up. On September 17, 2015, the actress recovered the role.
Ainsworth is well-known for her guest appearances on numerous primetime series, including Criminal Minds, iZombie, Teen Wolf, Rizzoli & Isles, Major Crimes (on which she had a recurring part), Shameless, and the TV movie Obsession: Her Final Vengeance. Her daytime role earned her the 2017 Daytime Emmy award for Outstanding Younger Actress.
